4.5 vcity33 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 All Account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vcity33 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmed receipt by vcity33. Standard deposit processing is near-instant for e-wallet and FPX methods.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. vcity33 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating conditions, though processing times may vary.

5.5 Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
5.6 vcity33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any active wagering requirement associated with a bonus, or pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

13.1 vcity33 may terminate or suspend your Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Upon termination for breach, any Account balance may be forfeited where permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Where termination is not related to breach, unused real-money Account balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method.
13.3 You may request Account closure at any time by contacting vcity33 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
14.1 vcity33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members by email notification and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
